Our Promise

Every piece from Chilli Bush Republic is carefully handmade or produced in small batches by our studio in South Africa. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of everything we create.

If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where applicable, a few photographs.

We'll resolve the issue promptly by repairing, replacing, or refunding the item, depending on the circumstances. Our goal is always to find the quickest and fairest solution for you.

Returns

Because many of our products are handmade to order or produced in small batches, we're unable to accept returns for changes of mind or personal preference.

We provide detailed descriptions, measurements, photographs and videos to help you make an informed purchase before ordering.

Returning an Item

If we ask for an item to be returned, we'll provide clear instructions first.

Depending on the situation, we may:

• arrange a return;
• ask you to return the item using a tracked postal service; or
• determine that returning the item is unnecessary.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Refunds

Where a refund is appropriate, it will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received (if a return is required) and inspected.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take several business days to process the refund after it has been issued.
