Handmade Just for You
Every piece from Chilli Bush Republic is carefully handmade or produced in small batches by our studio in South Africa. Because of this, production times vary depending on the item you've ordered. The estimated production time for each product is shown on its individual product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation together with your tracking information.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted international courier services, including UPS and FedEx.
The most suitable courier will be selected for your order based on your destination, transit time and the best available service.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, customs processing, weather conditions and courier delays are occasionally beyond our control.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and EFTA countries generally do not incur import duties under the applicable trade agreements. Local VAT, GST or other taxes may still be payable where applicable.
For customers in other countries, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination and local customs regulations.
If you're unsure what charges may apply to your country, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to provide guidance and a shipping quote where possible.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work directly with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
